Scope of Activity
Office for Cooperation and Representation before the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina carries out the following tasks:
- Represents the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, provides relevant information to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and cooperates with this Court;
- Ensures enforcement of the decisions passed by the Human Rights Chamber, by the Commission for Human Rights and by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Cooperates with the Agent of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the European Court of Human Rights in the cases related to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and ensures enforcement of its Decisions;
- Ensures enforcement of final and binding verdicts passed by the courts in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Conducts operative implementation and monitors implementation of the warrants issued by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina related to temporary release of the persons accused by the International Criminal Tribunal for Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991, and other tasks upon request of this Tribunal.
